This is a custom Yoke Assembly 3D Printed in Alumide for one of our local aerospace customers.
These are small gears designed for use on a high speed performance RC car. This was made on our new Stratsys Dimension 1200 ES 3D Printer.
Our high quality FDM printers can do precision parts at accuracy of 100 microns for whatever your application. RC Cars/planes/drones, etc are a perfect application!
This 3D Printer uses UV light to create 3D Printed parts in a variety of photosensitive polymer materials. The prints are incredibly detailed and excellent for hobbies and any application that requires incredibly intricate detail.
This is a Xenomorph from the movie alien, 3D Printed on our UV 3D Printer. The parts print upside down and support material is generated to ensure help maintain the form of the print where there would be extreme overhangs.
3D Printed in a photosensitive ABS-like material on our UV LCD printer. All the intricate detail is captured on this figurine even though it's only ~4" long.

Close up of the detail and resolution that our UV 3D printer is capable of. printed from a liquid polymer it leaves no "layer lines" that a traditional FDM 3D Printer would leave on a part.
A side angle of the Rook chess piece "torture test" we printed on our UV LCD 3D Printer. It printed a staircase and double helix that goes through the part, very cool looking!
